About Me

Hi, I’m Jomari (Joey) Rabor, and I run SuperNova as a creative outlet. It’s a space where I document what’s happening in my life, journal through change, practice my skills in blogging, and work through ideas as they come. Writing here helps me slow things down and make sense of experiences while they’re still unfolding.

Music sits at the center of everything I do. I’m an aspiring music creative, and much of my curiosity and energy lives in and around sound, performance, and the culture that forms around them. From creative collaborations to exploring how music intersects with my identity, my interest extends beyond the sound itself and into the systems that support it. Music is the lens through which I understand creativity, community, and ambition.

I’m interested in how ideas are communicated, how culture moves online, and how creativity grows with intention. These experiences shape how I approach storytelling, not just as expression, but as something that evolves and adapts.

SuperNova brings these threads together. It remains personal at its core, rooted in, reflection, writing, and lived experience, while also serving as the foundation for a longer-term vision. After graduation, I want to deepen my involvement in media by continuing to explore music and culture, and help build platforms that support creative voices in meaningful ways.

Through SuperNova, I’m continuing to write, explore music and culture, and document the moments that shape where I’m headed next.
